General Information
Order/Art Details
- e-mail purchase order in pdf format and artwork to info@ccharged.com with PO name in subject field.
- All orders are acknowledged via e-mail for approval.
- Artwork must be in vector format, with all text outlined and no halftones. Preferred file formats are PDF, EPS and AI.
- PO must include product detail, quantity, artwork color and location, any event date, ship method, ship to and bill to address.
- We are MORE than happy to provide free virtual proofs and layout suggestions if you provide vector art.
Production Time
- For in stock product, standard production time is 4-5 working days.
- For factory direct orders, production time is generally 60-90 days.
- Production time begins once order acknowledgement and proof are approved.

Special orders / Off catalog product
- Product can be "made to order" if inventory cannot fulfill the needed quantity, or if an off catalog product is requested. Production time varies by product, generally 60-90 days. Please contact info@ccharged.com for more information.

Set Up Charges
- $62.50(v) per color/location
- $25(v) repeat set up charge per color/location. Artwork cannot have any changes other than color.

- All multicolor artwork must be approved.
Shipping Info
- Drop ship fee: $4.00(x) for domestic addresses; first 5 free.
Cancellations
- Cancellations will not be accepted after prepayment is made. All cancellations must be made in writing. Customer is responsible for any costs incurred up until time of cancellation.
Over/Under Runs
- We ship exact quantities; in the rare case we cannot, you will be consulted.
Claims
- Any claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be made within 5 working days of order delivery.
Returns
- Returns are not accepted for custom imprinted items.
Pricing
- All pricing is subject to change without notice. Product list can change frequently.
- Non-prepay CC payments will incur a 3% fee
Sample Policy
- EQP net less $1 for blank or random samples
- Spec samples: $62.50 (v) set up per color + item cost (if order occurs with same art, you will pay repeat setup fees)
- Pre-Production Proof: $62.50 (v) setup per color + $25 (v) PPP cost (waived for 500+ unit orders) + item cost, the main order will not have a setup as long as art does not change.
Export Papers for International Shipments
- All orders for export will be billed at the rate of $25 (x) per address.
Air Shipping Batteries - UN3480
- All battery orders requiring air shipping will incur a $50 (X) fee for producing dangerous goods documentation. Note that shipping rates are increased due to power banks being classified as UN3480 li-ion batteries / dangerous goods. Be aware that there is a upwards of $60 fee PER CARTON that the carriers apply on top of standard express shipping fees.
Domestic Shipments
- Return Charges will be billed along with the original Charges, unless the Shipment was undeliverable due to the fault of Custom Charged. Customer will be liable for any and all costs, charges and fees incurred in returning, storing or disposing of an undeliverable Shipment.
International Shipments
- Return Charges will be billed along with the original Charges, unless the Shipment was undeliverable due to the fault of Custom Charged. Customer will be liable for any and all costs, charges, duties, taxes and fees incurred in returning, storing or disposing of an undeliverable Shipment.
Logos and Trademarks
- We reserve the right to display all logos for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested in writing upon placing order.
- We assume no responsibility in determining who holds claim to to a trademark or logo.
